Retreats are fully paid trips after earning a certain rank.  You can either push for it or it can happen organically for you.

Currently for the rank of Gold, the retreat is in Spokane Idaho, and at the St. Maries Farm.

It is an unbelievable experience filled with meeting new friends, re-connecting with existing, witnessing the Seed to Seal process, and just chillin'
This time, I was just a guest. My Retreat took place in November of 2014 to Guayaquil Ecuador.
